This one and a half hours chakra healing session will facilitate a complete chakra balancing by integrating color through a guided meditation, healing and clearing color essences applied to the energy field, and color silks. Corresponding chakra healing sound frequencies will conclude each chakra color balancing aspect. Preparation suggestions include:

• Come a few minutes early to get set up

• You can bring your own yoga mat and/or pillow if you wish

• It is recommended to wear other colors than black (as black absorbs)

• Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated
